蚯蚓生物滤池污水处理效率与蚯蚓氧化应激响应研究

摘要:以木屑和苔藓泥炭土与沸石、气块砖、火山岩分别按相同体积比(1:2:2)混合而成的3种混合滤料,设立3种蚯蚓生物滤池,探讨蚯蚓进入滤池后对新环境的氧化应激响应及滤池污水的处理效率,并对二者进行相关性分析。结果表明,随着滤池运行时间的延长,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA),整体呈现“上升一下降一上升”趋势,COD去除率呈“上升一下降”趋势。滤池启动第5天后,蚯蚓SOD和MDA基本恢复到对照组水平,同时滤池COD的去除率基本达到稳定。不同滤料对抗氧化能力和滤池去污能力有显著影响,以木屑一苔藓泥炭土一沸石为滤料的滤池1中的蚯蚓SOD酶活和MDA含量最低,是最适宜蚯蚓生存的滤池环境,而以木屑一苔藓泥炭土一火山岩为滤料的滤池3的COD和氨氮去除率最高,3种混合滤料中最适宜的滤池滤料。

Pollutant Removal Performance of Vermifilter and Antioxidant Responses of Earthworm

    Abstract:Three vermifilters(VFs)with different filter materials were designed for the treatment of artificial living sewage..The antioxidant responses in earthworm body and the treatment efficacy of VF were investigated and the correlation between them was analyzed.The results showed that SOD activities and MDA contents presented a general trend of“increase-decrease-increase”for all the three VFs.While the COD and NH4+-N removal rates presented a general trend of“increase-decrease”.After 5 days of VFs running,the SOD activities and MDA contents in VFs declined to the level Of the control group.The COD removal rate intended to be stable at the same time.Both the SOD activities and MDA contents showed positive correlation with the CC)13 removal rates..Different filter materials have significantly different effects on the antioxidant responses and wastewater treatment efficiency.VF1 filled with mixed material made up with sawdust,moss—peat一soil and zeolite was the most suitable living environment for earthworms,for its’lowest SOD activity and MDA content value.Tlhe VF3 filled with mixed materialI made up with sawdust.

蚯蚓,属环节动物门寡毛纲(Oligochaeta),对改善土壤结构,保持土壤肥力,具有重要作用。近年来蚯蚓也被广泛应用于环境污染生态治理中[1],在固体废物处理方面蚯蚓垃圾堆肥技术有较广泛的研究和应用[2]。在污水处理方面,蚯蚓生物滤池技术(vermifiltration,VF)近年来逐渐成为领域的研究热点之一,主要用于处理农村生活污水、城市污水,以及食品工业等综合废水等,显示出良好的应用前景。
